Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Furet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Furet is an AI-powered outbound sales platform that helps agencies and sales teams research prospects, compose personalized emails, score outreach quality, and manage campaigns. The Service includes website research, email composition, quality scoring, and campaign management features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each user must have their own account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

4. Plans and Payment

Furet offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Your plan includes a fixed number of prospect researches, outbound sends, and other usage limits. If you exceed your plan limits, the relevant functionality will be restricted until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Harvest or scrape data in violation of website terms of service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or phishing content
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Furet is designed for personalized, quality outreach. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in bulk or low-quality sending patterns.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Furet. You retain all rights to your data, including prospect information you import and emails you compose. AI-generated content (email drafts, research summaries) produced through the Service is yours to use.

7. Email Sending and Google Workspace

When you connect your Google Workspace account, you authorize Furet to send emails on your behalf through the Gmail API. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent from your account and for compliance with applicable email regulations.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored in organization-isolated environments. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a paid plan. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your specific use case.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
