A prospect is counted when Furet researches their website. Importing a prospect from Google Maps without researching it does not count against your limit.

What happens if I hit my prospect limit?

You won't be able to research new prospects until the next billing cycle. Existing researched prospects and composed emails remain accessible. You can upgrade your plan at any time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
